We are open from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M., Monday through Friday and 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.
You will be asked to fill out a patient information form by our staff. Your answers allow us to know important details about you and your medical history. All information given to us is strictly confidential.
When it’s time to see the physician, a nurse will accompany you to an exam room and take vital signs. It’ll be helpful if you take the time to familiarize yourself with your medical history, such as your height, weight, blood pressure, or allergies. If you’re currently taking medication, you can also bring them to your appointment. Your physician will conduct an interview and physical exam to assess the right course of treatment and, if necessary, give you a new medication list.
After your visit, our staff will schedule a return appointment, if necessary, and provide you with a summary of your visit.
